Age Limit

• Minimum: 25 years
• Maximum: 45 years
• Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2001 (both dates inclusive) are eligible.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Kerala PSC rules.

Educational Qualification

Essential

Master’s Degree in any one of the following subjects from a recognized University:

• Home Science
• Social Work
• Sociology
• Psychology

Preferential Qualification

• Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work recognized by the Government of India or Government of Kerala.

Training and Probation

• Selected candidates must undergo three months of mandatory training.
• The training period will count for all service benefits.
• Candidates will be on probation for two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.

Mandatory Departmental Tests During Probation

1. Account Test (Lower) or Account Test for Executive Officers.
2. Manual of Office Procedure Test.

Reservation

• 4% of the vacancies are reserved for eligible Differently Abled candidates as per Government norms.
